SHIPPING COSTS

• Mainland Spain, Portugal & Balearic Islands:
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over 29 EUR. For orders below 29 EUR shipping cost of 2.99 EUR.

• Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla:
  • 9.99 EUR shipment cost in orders below 130 EUR.
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over 130 EUR (except baby carriages which have 60 EUR shipping cost).
  • Custom duties included in shipping cost, you won't have extra-charges.*

• France (not included overseas territories):
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over 60 EUR (baby carriages free shipping cost).
  • 3.99 EUR shipment cost in orders below 60 EUR.

• European Union including UK and Ireland. Not included European Union islands and overseas territories):
  • 9.99 EUR shipment cost in orders below 130 EUR.
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over 130 EUR (except baby carriages which have 50 EUR shipping cost).

• Other parts of the world:
  • 14,99 EUR till 0.5 kg.
  • For orders over 0.5kg, 24,99 EUR per shipment plus 14,99 EUR per Kg.

  • We don't ship baby carriages or car seats to US and Canada. Our products are approved by European Union administration.

Vizaro products are sent from Spain and, sometimes from other EU countries.

TRANSIT TIMES

• Spain Mainland and Balearic Islands:
  • Between 3 and 10 days depending on product and destination. Transit times are written for each product below title in the online store.

• Europe (included European Union Countries, Switzerland, Andorra, Gibraltar, Norway, Canary Islands, Azores and Madeira):
  • Between 5 and 15 days depending on product and destination. Transit times are written for each product below title in the online store.

• Rest of the world:
  • Between 7 and 40 days depending on poduct and destination. Transit times are written for each product below title in the online store.

SECURE PAYMENTS

In Vizaro Online Store, payments are done thru our supplier Paypal, one of the biggest online payments company in the world. Paypal has got a broad protection of online buyers and they will pay your money back in case items are not received or the buyer is not satisfied with the product (conditions apply, please visit www.paypal.com to get details). Paypal is a external company of Vizaro therefore Vizaro will not storage any payment or bank data of their customers.

RETURNS

In case of returns for reasons outside of the company fault, the customer will be charge the shipment costs and any other related expenses. The customer has 30 natural days starting form the receipt date to proceed with the return. The customer is responsible for the return shipment. The goods must be shipped in their original packaging, unused and in a perfect state. Upon the receipt at our warehouse of the returned goods, the goods will be checked  and if they meet all the above specifications the customer will receive the refund of the paid amount.

In case of returns using our logistic company, contact us and we will organise the collection of the goods. The cost of the collection will be deduced from the refund.

In case of returns due to faulty product, the seller  will proceed with the reparation of the goods, product substitution, price reduction or termination of the purchase agreement, the shipment costs or any related expenses are free of charge for the customer/ user.

Products have 2 years of warranty, within this period the seller is responsible for any lack of conformity. The customer and user must inform the seller about any lack of conformity within 2 months of noticing any nonconformity.

The user or customer accepts the use of their personal data by Vizaro for the order management purpose. The customer may exercise their rights of Access, rectification, opposition o cancellation by contacting the supplier by e-mail info@vizaro.es
