In Vizaro Online Store, payments are done thru our supplier Paypal, one of the biggest online payments company in the world. Paypal has got a broad protection of online buyers and they will pay your money back in case items are not received or the buyer is not satisfied with the product (conditions apply, please visit www.paypal.com to get details). Paypal is a external company of Vizaro therefore Vizaro will not storage any payment or bank data of their customers.
In case of returns for reasons outside of the company fault, the customer will be charge the shipment costs and any other related expenses. The customer has 30 natural days starting form the receipt date to proceed with the return. The customer is responsible for the return shipment. The goods must be shipped in their original packaging, unused and in a perfect state. Upon the receipt at our warehouse of the returned goods, the goods will be checked and if they meet all the above specifications the customer will receive the refund of the paid amount.
In case of returns using our logistic company, contact us and we will organise the collection of the goods. The cost of the collection will be deduced from the refund.
In case of returns due to faulty product, the seller will proceed with the reparation of the goods, product substitution, price reduction or termination of the purchase agreement, the shipment costs or any related expenses are free of charge for the customer/ user.
Products have 2 years of warranty, within this period the seller is responsible for any lack of conformity. The customer and user must inform the seller about any lack of conformity within 2 months of noticing any nonconformity.
The user or customer accepts the use of their personal data by Vizaro for the order management purpose. The customer may exercise their rights of Access, rectification, opposition o cancellation by contacting the supplier by e-mail email@example.com
