Shipments out of EU

Good News for Residents in Non-EU Countries or Canary Islands:

Custom duties are included in Vizaro online orders!

Vizaro shipments are done mainly from Spain and also sometimes from other EU countries. In case the buyer is resident in Non-EU Countries or Canary Islands, Vizaro will  make custom duties NOT to be charged to buyer. Unfortunately, this is not possible for every case and sometimes custom may require buyer to pay duties prior to receive the product. In this case, buyer has to pay custom duties itself and Vizaro will pay back to the buyer the cost of custom duties.

Note: in the rare case buyer would have to pay custom duties, in order to get the money back from Vizaro, buyer will have to keep the payment receipt, scan it or make a picture of it and send it to info@vizaro.es.
The reimbursement of the custom duties will be made by the same payment method used for buyer to pay the order. Custom duties are covered by Vizaro till 25% of the cost of the order which covers the majority of custom duties of all the countries. In the rare case that custom duties would be over 25%, the difference must be assumed by buyer.
