Compre un trio ONYX, desde que lo vi me encantó, lo reservé.
Cuando me han surgido cierta dudas me han atendido de maravilla tanto por correo como po WhatsApp y siempre he tenido respuesta en pocos minutos.
Unos días antes de hacer el pedido me escribieron para decirme que habían mejorado el grupo O, adaptándolo a la nueva normativa y ofreciendome la posibilidad de actualizar mi reserva con el grupo 0 nuevo.
La entrega del pedido fue en plazo y todo llegó perfecto.
Estoy encantada con la calidad de los tejidos, la facilidad de montaje,de apertura y de cierre.
Volvería a comprarlo y lo recomendaré si tengo oportunidad.
Mi bebé aún no ha nacido por lo que no puedo comentar mi experiencia diaria, pero tiene muy buena pinta.

Estaba todo muy bien, lo único q no me gustó fue el colchón q trae el carrito, por eso después he realizado otro pedido de un colchón de mayor nivel de coco,tarda muy pocos días en llegar a casa, el trato muy amable, y contestan rápido al número de WhatsApp que está disponible en la página.
