Pedí el pack de recambio de las 4 ruedas del carro, llegaron rápido pero venían empaquetadas tan a presión que estaban completamente deformadas, contacté con vizaro y me dijeron que era normal que al montarlas volvían a su forma original, una de ellas quedó deformada y no encajaba,al volver a contactar con ellos me lo solucionaron al momento. Le pongo 4 estrellas por el empaquetado, pero en rapidez y en el servicio de atención al cliente se merecen un 5.

Compramos el carro hace 5 años.
Con las ruedas grandes es perfecto para andar por cualquier sitio (porque no se quedan encajonadas) pero sobre todo por caminos rurales. Mucha amortiguación y salva cualquier agujero, piedras...
