AVAILABILITY

VIZARO reserves the right to cancel orders and return the amount paid to the customer in case of stock faults and / or error in prices or product descriptions.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Return of Baby Carts:

From the reception of the order there is a return period of 30 calendar days for the total or partial return of a purchase without providing any reason.

Vizaro will take care of the return shipment and will assume its cost (only for Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands). Only one free refund will be allowed per customer or groups of customers with a common relationship. In the case of returns from outside Spain Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, the buyer must assume the return shipment of the product to the facilities of Vizaro.

The cart can be returned with the used wheels on the street, the customer can try the baby cart and return it if he does not like it. The product for return must be sent with all the packaging, with all the elements and in good condition. For reasons of hygiene, the return cart should NOT have been used by any baby. Vizaro will make a full refund of the returned products that meet the conditions of status and term.

Vizaro will proceed to the corresponding payment once it has received and reviewed the returned products (it may take up to 10 working days once the return has been received).

 
Return of Home Textiles Baby and Toys:

From the reception of the order there is a return period of 30 calendar days for the total or partial return of your purchase without providing any reason.

The product for return must be sent with all the packaging and in perfect condition. For reasons of hygiene, the return of used products is not allowed. For those returns due to Vizaro errors or defective products, Vizaro will assume the cost of the return shipment as well as the re-shipment of replacement product. For returns for any other reason, the buyer must take care of the return shipment.

WARRANTY

For the use of the guarantee it is essential to present proof of purchase (invoice, ticket or email confirmation of purchase). In case of defective product, Vizaro will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. Vizaro responds to the lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of three years from delivery (no claims will be accepted due to the intensive use of the product, usual wear and tear, tearing of textiles, aesthetic defects, lack of maintenance according to the manual instructions or lack of conformity due to the use of the product other than the intended use). The customer must verify the aesthetic defects and / or breakage of textiles in the first 30 days after receiving the product, otherwise it will be understood that the aesthetic defect or breakage of textiles has been due to use. The consumer and user must inform Vizaro of the lack of conformity within two months of having knowledge of it. Do not throw away the defective items until Vizaro tells you to, Vizaro usually picks up the defective element to study what happened and perform the replacement of it. If Vizaro requires the defective item and the claimant does not deliver it, Vizaro reserves the right to the warranty until the defective item is provided or the replacement price is paid. Vizaro reserves the right to suspend the guarantee or part of it to those customers who make an abusive use of it and / or subsequently to complete substitutions of structural elements of the product.

SHIPPING COSTS

    Spain, Portugal, Continental France and the Balearic Islands (Economic): FREE delivery with delivery at home from 30 EUR of order (for orders under 30 EUR 2,99 EUR of shipping costs are charged).
    Spain and Portugal Peninsula, Balearic Islands (Urgent 24-48h): FREE delivery with delivery at home from 99 EUR of order (for orders under 30 EUR 6,99 EUR of shipping costs are charged).
    Spain Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: FREE shipping from 130 EUR of order (except Baby Carriages that bear shipping costs of 50 EUR). Shipping costs 9.99 EUR with delivery at home for orders under 130 EUR.

    Vizaro is responsible for customs duties and the import IGIC, if there are up to a maximum of 25% of the value of the order.

    7% IGIC is paid instead of 21% VAT (the price is reduced by 14% during the payment process). You have to continue the payment process until you write the delivery address, once written is when the price is updated.

    Europe (includes EU countries except overseas territories): FREE shipping from 130 EUR of order (except Baby Carriages that carry 50 EUR shipping costs). Shipping costs 9.99 EUR with delivery at home for orders under 130 EUR.
    Rest of the world: Shipping costs 14.99 EUR up to 0.5kg. For shipments greater than 0.5kg, 24.99 EUR per shipment plus 14.99 EUR per Kg sent. Vizaro includes customs fees and import VAT on shipping costs up to 25% of the order value, more info here. There are no shipments of Baby Carriages or Baby Carriages to the United States or Canada. Our products are approved by the European Union.

Vizaro reserves the right to change shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

Vizaro products are shipped mainly from Spain and, occasionally, from other EU countries as we have warehouses in Poland, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and France.

 

SECURITY IN PAYMENTS OF BUYERS

The payments of the purchases in VIZARO are made through Redsys (official BBVA payment channel) with all the encryption and data transfer security systems through the SSL protocol, so the buyer will enjoy at all times the protection of these channels. VIZARO does not store the payment data of the buyers at any time since the payment is executed in the Redsys payment gateway.

COST OF EACH MEANS OF PAYMENT

In order to have a price as competitive as possible for our products, we are forced to put fees for certain means of payment that are more expensive for us than usual. The cost of each means of payment is as follows:
- Bank card and bank transfer are free.
- Paypal has a commission of 3.8% and 6.99 eur from 200 eur.
- The payment on delivery can be used from 25 eur of order with commission of 4.8% and a fixed of 6.99 eur from 200 eur of order.
